This ultimately ensures the best possibly care for your Scanomat machine.
We have to this extent been hard at work training partners from around the globe. From the all the way to Australia through South Korea, Dubai and into Poland, Holland and more. We are continuing to expand and train more - meanwhile, we salute the new additions to our team and to old partners attending to learn the latest developments.

The actual session is a thorough mechanical and electronical walkthrough at our HQ in Denmark, as well as software training, recipe setup to get the best possible extractions etc. All the technicians are getting hands on the machines and everything are put to the test to qualify the technicians for service around the world.
The entire process takes two full days of full focus.
Everything is evaluated and ultimately, with the team performance in mind, they are given the stamp approval in the form of our "Scanomat Certified Partner" certificate.
