We are looking for a one in a million new business sales executive. Someone who, like TopBrewer, is the ‘best of the best’. You will be a self starter, ambitious, extremely organised, determined, professional and not afraid of hard work. This will suit stand out graduate calibre candidates and those considering an entry level sales position.

TopBrewer is rapidly becoming the preferred system of choice in the premium office & hospitality sectors. There are seismic changes coming in the advanced premium workplace and hospitality sectors. The ‘best of the best’ compete for London’s renowned talent and are raising the bar in terms of the workplace of the future for the next generation of employee. Premium coffee plays an important role in this environment and this trend is set to accelerate as employees demand a speciality coffee shop quality experience. The Hospitality sector is waking up to these new consumer experience trends too. The TopBrewer, launched 5 years ago, is already established as the most innovating premium coffee experience for the next generation consumer and we are looking to build on that success in all sectors but especially workplace & hospitality.

We can teach you about our coffee, we can teach you about TopBrewer. We can even teach you a little about ‘The Internet of Things’. We can’t teach you hunger, desire and passion to succeed or a professional and organised approach. We are looking for the quiet confidence that comes from being great at what you do and that unwavering determination to succeed, to win and to develop first class new business opportunities. At the heart of your approach will be a fundamental ethic to work hard and achieve - to win.

Your role will be to develop new business in the premium workplace & hospitality sectors, targeting medium to large organisations in the tech, banking, legal, financial, insurance and media sectors with multi-site opportunities, whilst also working indirectly with specifiers, architects, designers and fit-out specialist to create awareness of TopBrewer and seek specification in future projects.

You will be able to communicate and negotiate at all levels and be comfortable presenting to senior executives of leading multi-national corporations and will be entirely comfortable with hunting new business & developing new business opportunities on your own merits, and equally comfortable with working with colleagues to develop mutual strategies for growth.

You will have strong negotiation skills with an analytical approach that plans for success, and have the ability to articulate the various commercial benefits of a concept sale and breakdown the benefits compared to alternative proposals the client may be offered.
